Look what I can do!

Cooper is pretty stoked that he got Kobes bike so now he is always showing off and trying new tricks! Crazy kid!

You caught a what...?

Well here is another creature that Kobe caught in our backyard, actually it tried to come into my house the other day so I made Jeff scare it off, apparently it didn't go to far because look who found it! Of course I would not let him keep it but I know that it still hangs out in the backyard so he can see it whenever!

Movie night!

Carter even took a three hour nap yesterday so we thought for sure he would be awake all night!

I love this, no matter how big he gets Kobe still needs two blankets to fall asleep!

Cooper couldn't even make it through the opening words! Yes that is my couch and I know it does look horrible, we are going to buy new ones when we move!

We had movie night last night so we got in our pj's turned off the lights turned on the movie (Star Wars, not my choice apparently) and not even ten minutes into the movie this is what happened!

We are the Busy Bees!

The kindergarten's had their first parade on Friday to introduce them to the "big school" all the parents were invited to attend and all they other kids lined the halls to watch , even Carter's class came over from the pre-k building to watch! Each class has a mascot so that the children can identify which class is theirs and Cooper is in the Busy Bees! He painted his shirt all by himself and he wore it Friday and all day Saturday (finally Jeff had enough and told him to take it off to wash it!) I can't believe how fast they grow up!

GO PACKERS! GO PACKERS!

GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) -- Brett Favre threw his 420th career touchdown pass in the 4th quarter of the Green Bay Packers' game against the San Diego Chargers at Lambeau Field on Sunday, tying Dan Marino's all-time NFL record.

Favre, who is playing his 17th NFL season and turns 38 next month, was credited with a 57-yard completion to Greg Jennings, who ran a slant pattern from the left side. The touchdown, with 2:03 remaining, gave the Packers a 24-21 lead.

A
Following the touchdown, Favre sprinted down field with his arms in the air and got down on his knees to congratulate Jennings. Favre then picked up his favorite receiver Donald Driver before heading to the sideline where teammates were lining up to hug the new record holder.

Favre zeroed in on yet another career milestone just a week after leading the Packers to a road victory over the New York Giants for his 149th win as a starter -- passing John Elway's all-time record.

Favre started his quarterback-record 240th straight game on Sunday, tying him for second on the all-time list with former Minnesota center Mick Tingelhoff. Former Minnesota defensive end Jim Marshall holds the all-time mark with 270 consecutive starts.

Including the playoffs, Favre has started 250 career games.

As he usually does, Favre downplayed talk about personal records and individual achievements earlier this week. Besides, Favre said, Peyton Manning will probably end up breaking the touchdown pass mark in a few years.

"I couldn't tell you how it's looked at," Favre said, when asked about the record earlier this week. "I know it's a lot of touchdowns. But if you play a long time, that means you're playing fairly well."

While there is no single record for quarterbacks that carries the significance of Barry Bonds passing Hank Aaron's career home run record, Packers coach Mike McCarthy said Marino's touchdown mark probably comes closest.

This week Favre said he didn't think the touchdown record was getting anywhere near the hype that Bonds' pursuit of Aaron received over the summer. Then he laughed off any further comparison to Bonds, smiling as he jokingly flexed his forearms to prove he doesn't quite measure up.

Powering the Packers to a 17-14 halftime lead over the Chargers, Favre threw two touchdown passes in the first half.

The first went to his favorite target, wide receiver Donald Driver, who dove and stretched his arms to catch a lob from Favre to put the Packers ahead 10-7 in the second quarter. Favre's 418th career touchdown pass came one play after he flipped the ball underhanded to running back DeShawn Wynn for a first down on third-and-3 at the Chargers' 14.

Favre's second touchdown went to tight end Bubba Franks, allowing the veteran to redeem himself for dropping a potential touchdown pass in the first quarter that forced the Packers to settle for a field goal.

The touchdown to Franks came one play after another classic -- but not-so-glamorous -- Favre moment. Facing first-and-goal at the Chargers' 5, Favre began to scramble and tried to pump fake -- only to watch the ball pop out of his hands for an apparent fumble that was recovered by the Chargers.

A replay determined his arm was in motion when the ball popped out, and the play was ruled an incomplete pass. On second-and-goal, Favre found Franks in the left-front corner of the end zone for his 419th touchdown pass.

Favre, who also is two interceptions shy of tying George Blanda's all-time record of 277, makes no apologies for his high-risk, high-reward style of play over the years.

Given the fact he is also closing in on Marino's career records for attempts and yards passing, Favre said earlier this week it's only logical he would have a lot of touchdowns and interceptions.

"There have been some bad plays, some bonehead plays, whatever you want to call it," Favre said earlier this week. "But a lot of those good ones would not be there if it wasn't for taking a chance. For me, it has been well worth the risk."

I am not sure of the word I could call this but master piece is not one of them! I got up at 5:30 am to decorate his cake and for some reason the orange frosting wouldn't work out, it just melted after I got it on the cake ( no the cake was not hot, I baked it the night before) oh well Carter and the other kids thought it was COOL!

Happy Birthday Carter Baby!

Look What I can Create!

After Kobe saw a F117 on Sunday he decided to recreate it with Lego's and my goodness he did it! I have to say he is pretty talented when it comes to building with Lego's and using his creative mind!

The Felde Girls!

Since Chloe has started walking she very rarely wants to be held so the other night I was watching her play with he toys and my faithful dog Winnie laying next to me with her head in my lap and the most unusual thing happened..Chloe wanted to be held, I don't know if she was jealous of Winnie or she just actually wanted to sit with me! Jeff turned around from the computer and grabbed the camera to capture this rare moment in our house!

Back to School Time!

Cooper didn't want to be in the picture with Kobe

He wanted to be in his own picture! He is in Kindergarten now so he is a big boy!

FIRST GRADE?? I can't believe it can you?

well, it is that time of year! Kobe and Cooper started school yesterday. Carter will start in a few weeks, he unfortunately missed the cut off date for the four year old preschool program by three days so he has to wait to start school with all the three years olds even though he will be four by the time school starts for him, confusing... yes! Luckily we have such a great relationship with the Pre-K teachers so they have told us that they will just include him in with the four year olds, if it would of been up to the Teachers they would have taken him last year while he was still two, just turning three!
Kobe was so excited to be going to 1st grade! When Jeff and I walked him to his class he gave us his"I'm cool so don't give me a hug or kiss(MOM) look" and went and sat in his desk! Where does the time go, I have a first grader!!
Cooper was so happy to be going to kindergarten he just walked right into the class room grabbed his name tag put it on and went and sat on the reading carpet next to his friend and grabbed a book and gave us a wave just like Kobe ( it must come from the Felde's)
Carter thought it was pretty cool that he had all the toys and the computer to play on all to himself, for awhile, then when three rolled around he was ready to go to the bus stop and get those boys! On the way home Cooper informed me that he was a KINDERGARTENER and Kobe was a FIRST GRADER and so I did not need to pick them up from the bus stop or walk them to it in the morning. I got a good laugh and I told him that I will walk him to the bus and pick him up everyday, even when he is a senior in High School! Kobe gave me this horrified look, trying to picture himself as an 18 year old and his mom is still walking him to the bus stop and Cooper tells me, "whatever mom I am going to drive to school, so what will you follow us in the car?"
I wonder what side of the family Coopers mouth comes from...???
